Welcome to the website for the Standing Committee of Attorneys General (SCAG)

This website was established in 2007 to provide information about SCAG as well as easy access to public material and publications.

The latest SCAG meeting was held in New Zealand on 24 and 25 July 2008. Read the Summary of Decisions and Communique from that meeting.

One of the outcomes from the most recent meeting the was the agreement by Ministers to release Mr Tony Horan’s report ‘Proportionate Liability: Towards National Consistency’ and Professor Jim Davis’s report ‘Proportionate Liability: Proposals to Achieve National Uniformity’.
